Shipping Information: 
We have 2 available options:

-Same day dispatch on orders placed before midday.
-Next day dispatch on orders received before midnight.

Shipping Options:
Shipping costs are calculated based on value of items purchased and automatically applied when you checkout and pay for your order.

We have 3 available options:

-Option 1 Paid shipping $19.99– for all orders below $99.99
(2-5 working days) 
-Option 2
 Free Economy Shipping – for all orders between $100.00 and $199.99
(2-5 working days) 
Option 3 Free Express Shipping – for all orders over $200.00
(2 working days) 

Tracking Options:
Upon dispatch, you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your parcel.

International Deliveries 
We currently DO NOT ship outside the USA. 

P.O Box & Military address:
We currently DO NOT ship to P.O Box only & Military address. 

Change of Delivery Address:
For change of delivery address, please email your request to support@americanchefstore.com once your order has been placed. One of our customer support team will deal with your request and provide you a response with an update.

Parcel lost in transit/damaged in transit:
If you parcel was lost or received damaged, then please email your claim to support@americanchefstore.com upon notification. We will contact the courier and investigate the matter. And once we have confirmation from the courier that the parcel is lost or damaged, we will offer you a refund or a replacement.

Theft: 
We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore, if you share an address with other people, please be aware that they may take possession of your goods. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there I am afraid that we or the courier cannot accept responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there, then please email support@amercianchefstore.com immediately. In these cases, we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the courier.

Acts of God:  
Our chosen courier cannot be expected to deliver the consignment on time should the consignment be delayed or destroyed by an ‘Act of God’ – so for example extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our courier’s control.

Cancellation:
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched then we may be able to accept cancellations. Please send your cancellation request to support@amercianchefstore.com. If your order had already been dispatched, then your request will be rejected.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which mean you have 30days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Should you wish to return any product(s) to us then please send a request to support@americanchefstore.com who will advise you accordingly on the return procedure/address depending on your reason.
